Please Note:
One Time Admission fee – Non- refundable and non-transferable for new admissions to all levels (PRE-PRIMARY & STD I to IV) remains the same.
1. School fees once paid are not refundable and non-transferable.
2. All fees have to be paid on the given dates n Grace period of 10 days will be granted to make all payments. After the grace period, late fees of Rs. 100/- for the 1st week, Rs. 300/- for the 2nd week, Rs. 600/- for the 3rd week, Rs. 1000/- for the 4th week and so on and so forth shall be charged, for up to 7 weeks.
3. All fees have to be paid only through cheque (at the time of admission) and Post Dated Cheque (for the rest of the installments of the academic year) through the PDC Envelope available at the school counter and all cheque to be made out in favor of "Chate Public School & Jr. College.Cheque shall be subject to realization n Parents/ guardians must ensure that their cheque are not returned.
4. Fees installment can be also be done through Online Payment Portal through website/DD/Cash
5. Any returned cheque/s shall attract a fine of Rs 350.00 and In case cheque are returned on three or more instances then all future payments would have to be made in DD only n Payment of fees in CASH at the school counter will attract an additional charge of Rs. 250.00 (PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY CASH WITH THE STUDENTS)
