Admission Process

  • 1. Registration

    A duly filled form available from the school/website is to be submitted with the non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee within 7 days from the date of issue of form or the last date given. A unique student Id will generate after filling of registration form

    1 . A copy of birth certificate must be attached with the registration form.
    2 . Students who have attended other schools need to submit a photocopy of the report card & original leaving certificate of the previous school.

    Notes:
    1 •  Registration does not in any way guarantee Admission.
    2 •  Decision of the School is final regarding the Admission. 

  • 2. Admissions

    1• The names of the children who are selected as per the admission procedure will be displayed on the notice board.
    2• Students offered admission must complete the following formalities before joining, or the offer will stand cancelled and the seat will be passed on to the next student in the 'Waiting List'.
    3• Submission of the evidence of date of birth if not yet given.
    4• Evidence of passing the last class or promotion to present class.
    5• Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school, which should be a recognized school, affiliated to the All India Board or a State Board of Education. Transfer Certificates have to be signed by DEO if transferred from other states.
    6• A medical certificate from a qualified registered doctor showing the record of vaccination/ immunization etc. as well as mention of any particular ailment or health condition about which the school ought to know.
    7• 2 Passport size Photographs.
    8• Proof of residence of the child (Copy of Ration card / Voter's ID / Passport).
    9• In case a child is adopted, parents will have to produce attested copy of the adoption certificate issued by the competent authority. In case of divorce/separation, the parent who is admitting the child will have to produce copy of custody of child certificate issued by the competent law officer 

  • 3. Documents required for Admission

    1• Attested photocopy of the mark sheet from the Board/School.
    2• Attested photocopy of passing & migration certificates from Board in for students admitted from other boards.
    3• 4 passport size photographs of the student.
    4• School Leaving Certificate, duly signed by the concerned District Education Officer or the Embassy of India, in the case of students seeking admission from countries other than India.
    5• Conduct and Character Certificate from the school last attended(LC/TC) Selected candidates may complete all admission formalities and deposit the fee at the school office within 7 days / given time failing              
    6.which, he/she will have no claim for admission later on. In case some of the selected candidates do not take admission, a second list will be brought out.

    The principal's decision will be final regarding the admission of a student & allotment of Division
